Care Plan fees are billed monthly in advance, starting on the date of your initial subscription, and will continue to renew automatically each month until cancelled. Rush requests (needed within 48 hours) are subject to a 25% surcharge. Overage hours beyond rollover are billed at $100/hr ($85/hr for nonprofits and mission orgs).
