Care Plan Terms of Service & Refund/Cancellation Policy

These terms govern all monthly Care Plan subscriptions (Light, Standard, and Studio) purchased through Finding Form Studio ("Studio," "we," "us"). By subscribing to a Care Plan, you ("Client," "you") agree to the terms below.

1. Care Plan Subscriptions

Care Plans are ongoing, monthly subscription services covering website maintenance and support for your Squarespace site, at the tier level you select. The scope of work included in each tier (Light, Standard, or Studio) is outlined on the plan's page at the time of purchase. Requests outside the scope of your selected tier may be billed separately or require an upgrade to a higher tier.

2. Rush Requests & Overage Billing

Requests requiring completion within 48 hours are considered rush requests and are subject to a 25% surcharge on top of standard pricing.

Hours used beyond your plan's included allotment and any rolled-over hours are billed as overage, at $100/hr ($85/hr for nonprofit and mission-driven organizations). Overage charges will be communicated before work begins whenever possible and billed separately from your monthly Care Plan fee.

3. Billing

Care Plan fees are billed monthly in advance, starting on the date of your initial subscription, and will continue to renew automatically each month until cancelled in accordance with Section 4 below. Payment is due at the time of each billing cycle. If a payment fails, we reserve the right to pause work on your account until payment is resolved.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your Care Plan at any time by providing written notice (email is acceptable) before your next scheduled billing date. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle; you will not be billed for the following month, and no further work will be performed after that date.

5. Refunds

All Care Plan payments are non-refundable. Because Care Plans reserve ongoing capacity and cover work performed on a monthly basis, fees already paid for a billing cycle will not be refunded, whether in full or in part, including in cases where the Client cancels mid-cycle or does not use the full scope of services available that month.

6. Changes to Plans or Terms

We reserve the right to update Care Plan pricing, scope, or these terms from time to time. Clients will be notified of any material changes to their plan's pricing or scope at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Care Plan after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Ownership & Access

Work completed under your Care Plan (design files, copy, site edits) becomes part of your live website and is yours to use. Upon cancellation, Finding Form Studio's ongoing access to make changes to your site will be removed unless otherwise agreed.
