about the project

TSCi has been a trusted technology consulting firm since 1985 — built on relationships and a reputation that spoke for itself long before a website was required for growth. When founder Shahin passed away in 2021, his son Sam stepped in to carry the business forward, recognizing that a new generation of leadership called for a new approach — one where TSCi's digital presence and brand identity could finally match the caliber of the firm his father had spent a lifetime building.

the approach

I started by getting to know the new TSCi — their history, their values, and the vision Sam had for the company's next chapter. This wasn't just a visual refresh; it was an opportunity to honor where the company came from while positioning it boldly for where it's going. Every design decision was rooted in who TSCi truly is: a family-built, minority-owned firm with four decades of hard-earned expertise and a lot of runway ahead.

the solution

The rebrand touched every client-facing surface. I designed a new logo that brought clarity and professionalism to their identity, then built out a complete visual system — color palette, typography, brand guidelines, and a full suite of document templates — so their team could show up consistently across every proposal, presentation, and communication. The project culminated in a brand new website that gave TSCi a modern digital home worthy of their story — one that introduces them to a new generation of clients while honoring everything that came before.

Beyond the style guide, a host of branded collateral was created, including pitch decks, branded templates, and an employee handbook.

the outcome

TSCi walked away with something that had never existed before — a cohesive, confident brand that honors Shahin's founding vision while giving Sam the platform to lead the company into its next era. (Client testimonial coming soon.)
